Our return policy is as follows: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days. After the 30-day period, no returns will be allowed. Notify us within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise. When making a return, your credit card will be refunded when the warehouse receives the package; shipping & handling charges are excluded. When making a return, customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packing materials until satisfied with product. If product was shipped by freight carrier (i.e. Roadrunner, ABF) please inspect and look for any physical damage before driver leaves. Make notations on bill of lading. Return shipping instructions: All return products must be received in the following condition: In its original factory condition and packaging; returned in a new and unused condition; include all packing materials, hardware packs, and manuals; unassembled; unaltered in any way, including stained or finished. Opened boxes will be inspected and a stocking fee may be charged. What is the Cancellation Policy? Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if it has been shipped and the order is refused, it falls under the standard return policy. Roundtrip charges will be deducted from your refund. What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged? Our packaging is specially designed to protect our products during shipping. However, in the uncommon occurrence where a shipment arrives broken, damaged or defective in any way, we will ship a replacement order to you free of charge, guaranteed. Please note any damage to the shipment on the delivery paperwork. If carton is obviously severely damaged, simply refuse shipment. How do I return a product? 1. Call us at (909) 543-0733, or e-mail at: sales@adirondackchairinc.com. At that time we will provide you with an RA number & return address. 2. Please include the original order number, your name, and the product(s) you are returning. 3. Be sure to take the time to wrap package carefully to prevent any further damage to product. 4. Closely follow the return shipping instructions. 5. Return product/s with your preferred shipping method, and be sure to save the tracking number.
